Commemorating the 175th Anniversary of our historic Evergreen Cemetery, and the 150th Anniversary of the Civil War, please join in a celebration at the Evergreen Cemetery after the 10:00AM Worship Service on September 25, 2011. Walk through the pastoral restored historic burial grounds, including the monument of the Civil War soldier who gave his life at Lookout Mountain in 1862. Become acquainted with our new Marshall Baldwin Crematory Burial Ground, the Gene Takahashi Memorial Garden and the Ilene Calish Betts Full-Body Burial Ground.
No other cemetery in the area has been restored to its original pristine beauty and expanded as has been our Evergreen Cemetery. All are invited to see the beauty of this peaceful burial park!
