Next Sunday is Pentecost and, in keeping with the liturgical color for the day, you are invited to wear something red. On Pentecost, which occurs 50 days after Easter, we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit to Jesus' followers after his ascension. The day is considered the birthday of the church.
